Great service center with friendly staff. Only charged the quoted price despite the work taking longer than anticipated. Mark on the front desk was great to deal with and the technician put the new tires on the front of the van as requested. Many thanks guys.F
Cant praise these guys enough. The clutch went in my car on Thursday. Spoke to them and they fitted a new one the next day!. Supplied a lovely curtosy car too. I need my car like everyone does but the urgency with mine was compounded by the fact that I'm starting a charity renovation/conversion next week and without my car I was looking at having to hire a car as I can't let the build down,so not being able to get there isn't an option. So not only have they helped me, but others too.(they did not know about the charity work when I discussed and booked the car in ) Thanks again guys. Neil.F
Awful experience It’s a shame I have to give this establishment even a star. I was treated yesterday to how a particular member of the sales staff attitude quickly deteriorates when he doesn’t manage to close a sale. Please do not leave a deposit here as if for whatever reason you require this back you will be met with a plethora of reasons and obstacles to make this as difficult as possible. When challenged on this the member of staff became aggressive and confrontational, maybe he would benefit by leaving his computer screen ( in which he constantly stared at whilst talking. Straight out of the bad customer service handbook) and attend a course in customer service. The manager did restore some professionalism, however the damage had already been done. After reading the response from the owner it furthermore demonstrates the lack of customer service and professionalism within the company as there is no issue of apology only blame onto the customer with falsifying accounts. This seems a desperate measure to to misdirect embarrassment of a bad review. This is a misrepresentation of myself and my character as I was merely there to support my mum in requesting a refund. Furthermore if I was so aggressive as you say why was I offered a free valet In way of apology by the manager? Wouldn’t seem like something you would offer to a danger to the staff.F
